- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Process or store content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or invasive of privacy.
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining, illegal gambling, adult content distribution, or other high-risk activities prohibited by our partners and processors.
2. Service Misuse
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security controls of any system we operate or build.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of systems without prior written authorization.
- Using our services to compete directly with us by reselling them in a manner that misrepresents the source of the work.
3. Security Requirements
You agree to safeguard credentials, access tokens, and any sensitive information shared during an engagement. Suspected security incidents should be reported to us promptly at sales@getcoreshield.com.
4. Compliance Expectations
Where your use of our services involves processing personal data, financial information, or health information, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or PCI DSS) and for entering into the appropriate data processing or business associate agreements.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to suspend or terminate services for any user found to be in violation. Where appropriate, we will cooperate with law enforcement.
